You can share any listing form with the social icons we provide on the top right or share the post by copying the main header link.

 

Another way is printing the listing using the print icon on a post.

You can review a listing on the user’s main listing page. Within a review, you can give it 1 out of 5 stars and leave a comment.

 

NOTE: All reviews will also be deleted once the listing is deleted.

All users can be rated out of 5 stars and can have a review posted. You can rate a user from their main user page by clicking on their icon in their listings.

Anyone logged in can chat with a seller through a listing or their profile page. Two ways to chat on the site are through our messaging system or the seller’s email.

Anyone can report a seller by going to any of their listings and clicking the REPORT ABUSE button. There is currently no way to report a user from their user page. All reports will be dealt with accordingly.

The internal messaging system lets you talk to other users without needing outside apps or websites. This is an easy way to convey information in a quick and easy manner.

 

Currently, you cannot delete messages, but that will be resolved soon.

The map feature allows a user to view where products are being sold. You can search using the map by clicking the box at the top of the map view. This will allow the search feed to show only the listing in that field that you selected. If you wish to look up by location and not use the map, you must unselect the box at the top of the map view.

If you notice Google Maps not working in the search field, there are several reasons.

 

1. You have to be logged in to view. Google Maps doesn’t work on many phones unless you are logged into the site.

 

2. You have to clear your cache.

 

3. Something on our end of things. If you have considered all the possibilities, please contact us if the problem still arises.

Payment information is only needed to purchase one of our Packages or Subscriptions.

 

The site is completely free to use and doesn’t require saved cards.

We are not liable for any refunds on listings from users. A listing refund is the responsibility of the user posting the listing.

Anyone logged in can favorite a listing and save it in their Favorites tab in the User Dashboard.

Listing Management

You can promote any listing through one of our packages. Each package lists the perks you are purchasing.

 

If you have purchased a subscription, you will be given the option to select that subscription and apply its perks.

Anyone can Boost a listing by selecting the Boost button in the My Listings tab of their user dashboard.

Once clicked, a Boost only has one perk and one price described. You will not be charged once you click it. It will bring you to a page where you can confirm your order.

The Boost feature promotes your advertisement by moving it to the top. This makes the listing more visible to potential buyers, enhancing the likelihood of a quick sale and generating higher user profits by monetizing older ads. Anyone can Boost without a Package or Subscription.

Once promoted using one of our Subscriptions or Packages, you can extend any listing by clicking the Extend button in your My Listings tab. Once clicked, it will prompt you to choose what package you want to apply. The package you select will then apply its perks and Extend the listing perks.

The My Listings tab in your User Dashboard allows you to edit or delete any listing. All editing features are available from the time you first added the listing.

 

If you are seen abusing the editing feature by scamming or gaslighting users, your account will be terminated without any refund.

User Account

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Similar to Packages, Subscriptions are monthly payments that refresh every 30 days with the perks listed in the description. A Subscription can be applied to any listing, and its designated perks will be applied. It can also be applied to one listing to Extend the listing perks. If you unsubscribe, which is an option in your Settings tab, your subscription will last until it’s used up. You must then purchase a new subscription to regain your subscription perks or purchase a package. 

 

PACKAGES:

Like Subscriptions, Packages are a single payment that grants you perks as listed in the description. A Package can be applied to any listing, and its designated perks will be applied. It can also be applied to one listing to Extend the listing perks. You cannot remove a package, but you can buy more than one package at a time. When promoting a listing, you can choose what package to use.

 

Listings = Number of times you can apply that Subscription or Package to one or multiple Listings

 

Duration = Duration of all the perks

 

Featured = How long your listing is featured 

 

Boost = How many Boosts your Listing gets

 

Boost every = How often your listing gets Boosted

PERSONAL ACCOUNT: Made for individuals who do not have a business but want to buy or sell by themselves. Information, including address and phone number, is hidden. You do not have access to the Business Package.

 

BUSINESS ACCOUNT: Made for individuals who have a business and want to buy or sell through their business name. Information, including address and phone number, is available to the public. You have access to the Business Package.

You can fill in any field in the Settings tab in your User Dashboard, but you don’t have to.

 

PHONE NUMBER: You do not have to fill out your phone number if you don’t want to. For Personal Accounts, if you fill out the phone number, it will not show up on any page. For Business Accounts, your phone number will be displayed on your listings and user page.

 

Accounts using vulgar language in user names or descriptions and vulgar profile pictures will be reprimanded.

Your user password can be changed at any time in the Settings tab in your User Dashboard. This only applies to users who do not use Google or Facebook to log in.

Your user email can be changed anytime in the Settings tab in your User Dashboard.

Users can delete their accounts by going to the Settings tab in their User Dashboard.

 

At the very bottom, there should be a Delete Account button. Once clicked, all information from Listings to Reviews will be deleted.
